The leaders at HBC Youth play an exciting and critical role in helping our teenagers grow in Jesus. We want to see mature young adults who are established in their faith, growing to be more like Jesus, and who long to tell others about him.

We are looking for people who trust and follow Jesus. People who are keen to team up with the whole church (especially parents) in this fundamental work. People who fully rely on God's Word and Spirit to transform young hearts. And people who are individually faithful, available and teachable in character themselves as they lead.

As you are representing our Lord Jesus to the Hunter, you will be held to a certain standard of expectation regarding your personal godliness and character (for example, see 1 Tim 3:1-7, 5:19-21).

As an HBC Youth leader, it is essential you're firstly a part of HBC's mission to see Jesus glorified in the Hunter. Committing to the wider gathering of God's people on Sundays and in Growth Groups for growth, care and support.
