Life Steps is a key way you can get to know us as a church. It’s the clearest way to find out

• what Hunter Bible Church (HBC) is on about
• what God is doing at HBC
• what it means to belong to HBC
• how you can be involved

The Life Steps course runs for three weeks on Sundays between 1 and 3:30. Each week we share lunch, get to know one of the HBC pastors and hear a talk from the bible about one of the key things we’re on about as a church, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The topics are:

• Magnification - Making God our treasure and not just our insurer
• Mission - Making Jesus known and not just knowing him
• Membership - Belonging to God’s family and not just attending

After these there’s another two weeks where we’ll combine across meetings and look at:

• Maturity - Moving forward and not just standing still
• Ministry - Using God’s gifts to serve and not just spectating

The course dates are:

3/5 Course week 1 - Magnification
10/5 Course week 2 - Mission
17/5 Course week 3 - Membership

24/5 Combined Life Steps across the HBC meetings - Maturity
30/5 Combined Life Steps across the HBC meetings - Ministry
